INDIE BLUE gladly accepts returns within 21 days from the ship date for Store Credit only under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached. Unless previously contacted about flawed items, returns received as “damaged” or with ANY signs of wear will be refused and will void store credit.
  • Items purchased marked 'Final Sale' or listed in our "Final Sale" section are final and cannot be returned for refund or store credit, unless item is flawed.

  • Items under our "Sale" section ARE eligible to be returned for Store Credit.

Customers within the US may visit our Returns Portal where they will receive a shipping label and instructions on how to mail back. Returns must be received within 14 days of receiving the label or the label will be voided. Returns will be charged a $9.99 handling fee to cover shipping and processing.

Customers outside of the US are responsible for their own shipping labels through their local carrier. International returns must be received within 21 days of original ship date. Please mail your items back to the following address with all shipping and fees paid:

Customers within the US: Returns received as “Return to Sender” due to incorrect address, non-delivery, or refusal of order will be charged an additional $14.99 processing+postage fee that will be deducted from your store credit

Customers outside the US: Orders that are refused or not picked up, resulting in being marked 'Exception' or 'Return to Sender', will result in the order being marked “abandoned” by the CARRIER and will be ineligible for store credit or a return.
